I’m Sophie Sequeira - a soul alignment guide and spiritual teacher. My purpose is to help you determine the best way forward in your life, so you can align with your soul path - the path chosen by your soul before you chose to incarnate in this life.

I guide you by serving as a channel for your Higher Self or inner Guru. I do this through a divination practice called Pendulum Dowsing, which is similar to tarot, but it offers clearer and more direct answers to your questions. Guided by the pendulum, I also offer healing modalities, including Higher Self Guided Subconscious Processing, Hypnotherapy, and Energy Healing. Through these modalities, I support you in shedding your limiting stories, belief systems, unaligned identities, or any outlived patterns, and help you understand the next steps in your journey.

My path has shown me that transformation is not a one-time process; it is a slow, ever-evolving one. When you choose the Dharmic path, your Higher Self becomes your guide, showing you what to release, revealing who you are beneath conditioning, and supporting the expression of your true nature. The Higher Self Lab was created as a space for this expression to unfurl, as it is the path to your fulfilment and your greatest contribution to the world. My work, should you need it, is to guide you through the transformation that reveals who you were always meant to be. My greatest achievement will be the moment you no longer need me because your communication with your Higher Self is crystal clear.
